What do you think? If Turkey and Syria start a war, will Russia take Syria's side attack Turkey?

If that happens, can NATO get involved? Is that WW3?

They wouldnt dare,if they would then not under the Russian flag.

It woudn't be the first time Russians battle under a different flag.

But what worries me the most is.... What if Russia does get involved and NATO shies away in order to avoid starting WW3 and leave Turkey alone to face Syria, Russia and Iran on our own. I mean, NATO is not the most dependable alliance in the world and mostly made up of nations who were our enemies at least at one point in time.

The good thing is,Israel would be happy to engage so big brother(USA)would be forced to enter the war.
Dont worry.

I know Israel has their own reasons to dislike Syria. But considering the Turkish-Israeli hostilities in the recent years, I can't say that they'll have a lot of incentive to help Turkey in a war against Syria.

That said, such an aid could be a good opportunity for the two countries to reconcile.

If the war comes(we hope not)Israel will help us(my personal opinion).
