Egypt is no doubt a serious Middle Eastern power, but in order to become a REGIONAL POWER they must channel that military might into a geopolitical motion by taking a more assertive policy towards Israel. I'm sure Turkey would be very interested in partnering with Egypt in that endevour.

It's not russian tank, it means there is an american tank, something from M60 family (may be M60 Patton ).
